We welcome you to contact our leasing office to receive an application. We encourage all who are interested to apply. The application fee is $17 per applicant. All applications go through a credit/criminal screening conducted by an independent third party company. Additionally, all applications are reviewed by our Compliance department. The Application Fee is $17 per applicant 18 years of age and older.

For maximum income guidelines, please visit our home page. We require the minimum income to be 2.5 times the monthly rent, and have maximum income limits based on household size. We also use a third party screening company for credit and criminal approval.

  • A Valid Government ID and Social Security Card for All Household Members
  • Income/Asset Documentation:
    • Last 6 Paystubs
    • If Self-Employed, Last 2 Years of Tax Returns
    • Current Social Security/Pension/Annuity Letter/Asset Distributions
    • Current Checking/Savings Account Statements
    • Proof of Spousal/Child Support
    • Proof of Ongoing Support from Friends/Family
    • Any Additional Income Documentation

The security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

We offer 12-month leases.

Water, sewer, and garbage are included in rent. Residents are responsible for paying their electric.

Parking is available on site and is on a first come, first served basis.
